"Take the blue pill...take the red pill...?"... remember the series?

"Take the azure pill...take the white pill...?"... recall the line?

These're the first words uttered... the film line is taken from The Matrix (1999). The context of the statement is the fact that "Neo" (Keanu Reeves) is residing in a world of controlled belief. Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), the captain of the "movement" in the film, is leading younger Neo via a wild ride of "reality" vs. belief. As with the movie it's the job of mine, as a personal trainer, to steer individuals with a trip in perception.

Along with "real-life" it appears as if we, as depicted in this film, only think that taking a tablet can give us all of the solutions to our needs. My question to help you is..."Do you believe all the issues of yours may be solved by shooting a pill?" Do you truly believe that information come from drugs or even do you assume that answers originate from individual responsibility? I guess the actual question is..."Do you have confidence in prevention or "cure"?

Aside from the quirky movie comparison... What is your perspective as associated with health, body, and better living? Does better living originated from much better pharmacology? Sure...I guess millions of lives are saved from disease, illness, and genetic failures. Do we accept responsibility for our conduct that contributes directly to poor health and fitness? Are most risk factors ice hack for fat illness lifestyle induced? Even if the newest fat reduction pill did work - Do you find it going to work life long? What are the risks connected with a lot of the most up weightloss pills? Virtually any pill we take has a "side effect" attached to its use in people which are many. It seems people are ready to pay basically anything to get the hands of theirs on the latest diet pill, or maybe weight loss gimmick in existence. Worse - prescription drugs are passed out like candy to hundreds of thousands of obese folks. As most people know a number of these medications have shown to be quite risky, even deadly.

I estimate most of the questions and frustrations I receive from people related to preventative activity, exercise, or fitness, could be traced to one very important as well as fundamental question: Are we a cure driven culture or maybe a prevention driven society? Will it make sense that the most up carbo-blocker, fat burner or weight loss pill will reverse years of very poor living? Do you truly believe that your individual responsibility can be absolved by a pill?

Lets' take the general type of "dieting" for example: one system works this way, you're taking a number of pills in the early morning - get a health shake in the late afternoon, chug down yet another couple of pills by late evening, and eat a boxed, pre-portioned, specialized dinner at night. OK. - What goes on when you are going off this diet program? I suppose all of the stunning results simply vanish entirely! Of course, they tell you to take this particular product, subsequently that product...then hold your breath for 10 seconds while jumping up and down...ok...ok, I am getting taken away - I am aware. The point is; if you've to fill the specific pills and perform the specific diet you just will not undertake it for long - that is why it is called a diet program. The name itself assures a person that it's a thing that you commence as well as stop! No, friends - better existence is not something you start & stop, it's a thing you gain from if you accept responsibility for the care of your body and health.

So what's the answer? Effectively, the answer of mine is asking yourself some very important questions.

One; Do you assume that individual responsibility supersedes a cure-all (diet pill)?
